Return and Refund Policy

At Broken Edits, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of your original purchase date under the following conditions:

Item must be unworn and unwashed
Item must be in its original condition with no stains, perfume, or fragrance smells
Item must include original tags, if applicable

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping charges. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items marked as final sale or discounted
Items returned with scent, visible wear, or damage
Returns requested after 15 days from purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
