All products are provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties. While we take pride in quality and care, Broken Edits shall not be held liable for any misuse, allergic reaction, sensitivity, injury, or damage resulting from the use or wear of our products.
No Medical or Safety Claims
Broken Edits does not make any medical, therapeutic, or safety claims regarding its products. Materials used (including fabrics, inks, or accessories) have not been tested for specific health conditions or safety certifications unless explicitly stated.
Responsibility of the Buyer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to read all product descriptions, materials, sizing, and care instructions before purchasing. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to fabrics, dyes, or materials, please use discretion.

Return and Refund Policy

At Broken Edits, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your your delivery date under the following conditions:

Item must be unworn and unwashed
Item must be in its original condition with no stains, perfume, or fragrance smells
Item must include original tags, if applicable

Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping charges. Refunds typically take 15 business days to process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items marked as final sale or discounted
Items returned with scent, visible wear, or damage
Returns requested after 30 days from purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
